Working principle of Fish Feed Pellet Dryer
Feed pellet dryer consists of several independent units. Every unit is made up of circulation air blower, heating device, fresh air suction & exhaust discharging system. The repeating conveyor belt is made of a stainless steel wire mesh or perforated stainless steel plate, driven by the electric motor via gearboxes. The hot air temperature and circulation volume can be intelligently controlled.
Material on the conveyor belt goes through the channel and heated by the hot air, thus the moisture can be reduced. This feed dryer consists of several independent units. Mesh-belt Type Fish Feed Dryer has good security and operation flexibility. The drying process is carried out in a fully-sealed box, effectively avoiding dust leakage. Damp materials are evenly spread on the mesh belt which is driven to move by transmission device in the dryer machine. From bottom to top, hot air flow through the mesh belt and fish feed pellets on it. In the drying process, heat exchange is sufficient & uniform, drying efficiency being extremely high.
The mesh belt is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is moved by the transmission device to move inside the fish feed drying machine. The drying section is composed of several units, and each unit is independently circulated by hot air. Some of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special exhausting fan, and the exhaust gas volume of each unit is controlled by a regulating valve. In the upper circulation unit, the wind from the circulating fan enters the lower chamber of the unit from the side air passage, and the air flow is heated upward through the heat exchanger and distributed by the distributor.
The jet is blown toward the mesh belt and passes through the material and enters the upper chamber. The drying process is a process of which the hot air flows through the material layer to complete the heat and mass transfer process. The upper chamber is connected to the fan inlet by the air duct, and most of the gas fluid is circulated, and a part of the gas having a relatively low temperature and a large moisture content is discharged as exhaust gas through the exhaust pipe, the regulating valve, and the diving fan.
In the lower circulation unit, the wind from the circulating fan first enters the upper chamber, is heated downward through the heat exchanger, passes through the material layer and enters the lower chamber, and the lower chamber is connected to the fan inlet by the side air passage and the return air duct, and most of the gas circulation Part of it is discharged. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.
