Just as its name described, this larg sinking fish feed pellet mill machine has a wide cylindrical die and is mounted vertically, rather than flat and horizontally as with a flat die. When you are going to put the powder raw materials inside the sinking fish feed mill door, you can feed them with a surge bin to make them through a variable speed conditioner. A screw auger is significant for the last step to sending materials into the pelletizing machine chamber.
The extrusion die is circularly vertical with a series of rollers indside. Both the rollers and the die operate on the vertical axis, and therefore the inner and outer edges of the rollers cover the same distance across the surface of the die. Thus, the raw materials cannot be skipped being compressed by the ring die and rollers, which extends the service life of both ring die and rollers. When making pellets, the raw materials are compressed into the holes in the ring die to form pellets. And a series of rollers besides the ring die will cut the emerged pellets into the same length. Then, the uniform pellets are thrown out of the large fish feed pellet mill.
One of the main reasons that this is a superior design to the flat die press is that it does not suffer from roller skip. Due to speed differences between the point of contact between the rollers and die, roller skip is a significant issue for flat die pellet machines. Ring die systems do not suffer from this issue as there is no difference in speed between the die and rollers at any position.
